Treatment Fees & Policies

Initial Consultation:

Your initial consultation is £75. This includes a thorough discussion of your health history, goals, and your treatment plan going forward.

Treatments:
£55 per session.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge to cover clinic room hire costs.

Insurance Coverage
Many private health insurers now cover acupuncture treatments with BAcC-registered practitioners. We encourage you to contact your insurer to see if you can reclaim part or all of your treatment fees.

Cancellation policy

For any reason, if you need to cancel your appointment, please do give at least 48 hours notice in advance. This makes it possible for someone else to be offered your appointment. Regretfully, late cancellations (under 24 hours) and failure to attend your appointment may result in full charges.

If Hinckley Acupuncture needs to cancel or change your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, any pre-paid appointments will be carried over or refunded.
