Hello, I’m Lorraine, a fully licensed acupuncturist at Meridian Healthcare in Hinckley. My goal is to provide a therapeutic, comfortable, and welcoming environment where you can begin or continue your acupuncture journey. Whether you’re new to acupuncture or already experiencing its benefits, I’m here to support your health and well-being.
I graduated with Distinction from The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa, completing a 3-year Professional Licentiate in Acupuncture, accredited by the British Acupuncture Council (BAC) and the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board. I also received distinctions for my clinical work.
My training covered all aspects of Chinese medicine and acupuncture philosophy, with a special focus on the Five Element system. I take a holistic approach to your health, addressing not just your symptoms but also your overall well-being. By considering your primary concerns within the broader context of your health, I aim to restore balance to your system.
As a member of the British Acupuncture Council, I adhere to their Codes of Safe Practice and Professional Conduct. The BAC is registered with the Professional Standards Authority, a government body that ensures high standards of care.
I am fully licensed by Blaby, Hinckley, and Coventry City Councils and carry comprehensive public and product liability insurance.
